The Find a Cure for Cancer Scavenger
Hunt was founded in 2013 in memory of Jessica’s mother, Marissa who she lost to GIST (stomach cancer) in 2012. Marissa lived her life to the fullest! She enjoyed being with her grandkids and loved having fun.
The Find a Cure for Cancer Scavenger Hunt not only memorializes Marissa but all others who are affected by cancer.
Marissa frequently utilized LivingWell Cancer Resource Center in Geneva, IL. They provided comfort and normalcy for her as she fought her battle with cancer. She, like all of their patients, received free facials, yoga, cooking classes, and more.
LivingWell serves as a vital component to comprehensive cancer care and stands as a gathering place that provides comfort and community to anyone experiencing the effects of cancer.
How to Play
